The most common queries are addressed in the list of Frequently asked questions below. It may be that someone has had the same problem before and that there's a relatively simple solution.
Simply click on the title as indicated, and your computer will call for the document from the Key-line site and download it to your computer.
Depending on how your computer is set up, it will either open automatically or open when you double-click on the downloaded file. Allow the file to download fully before you try to open it. You will need to have Adobe Reader® installed on your computer to read downloaded PDF files (see below).
PDF stands for Portable Document Format – a standardised system developed to overcome problems of moving documents between computers where the formatting can be misread by some word processors.

The documents in the Key-line library are formatted as PDF files. Once you have Adobe Reader® on your computer, they should open automatically using the reader software.

If you are using OSX, you should have no trouble with any browsers.
If you have disabled cookies or opted never to accept them, you may have a problem logging in to Key-line. To avoid the problem, go to your browser preferences and enable cookies:
In Safari – click Safari / Preferences and click on Security. Under accept cookies select either “Always” or “Only from sites you navigate to”.
In Opera and Firefox – go to Preferences and Privacy and make adjustments to enable cookies.
